Let Us Manage Your Orlando Rental Property

Orlando Property Management

We Treat Your Property like it is Our Own

Thank you for your interest in our management services for your property. We at MoreHouse Realty realize your need for an honest, professional and knowledgeable property management company and strive to meet all your expectations and more! Our goal is to enable the property owner to enjoy the benefits of ownership without having to deal with the day-to-day problems involved in caring for the property. Our company has expert managers and employees, with over 25 years of combined experience in the property management industry. We have a property manager available on weekends to take care of emergencies and to show properties.

Our lease fee is competitive and is paid from the first month’s rent. We will show the property, cooperate with other brokers, and conduct extensive screening of applicants (including checking their credit through a national credit reporting agency, running an eviction search, skipping search, verifying employment and past rental history, and a State of Florida criminal background search). We take photographs before and after the residents occupy the home and do annual inspections. The property will be marketed by listing it on our website and other national rental websites and placing a sign in the yard or window (if allowed by neighborhood associations).

Why Should You Choose MoreHouse Property Management?

  • We conduct a photographed/videotaped record of property conditions before and after a tenant moves in and conduct routine inspections of the property while occupied by a tenant.
  • We communicate directly with the tenant to provide maintenance coordination for any necessary property repairs. Unlike most companies, we do not charge our property owners additional fees for coordinating maintenance for their property.
